Haulotte big booms are popular in China

Haulotte’s big boom RTJ range is proving popular with customers of its Chinese subsidiary. The range combines rough terrain performance with ease of use. The articulating boom HA32 RTJ PRO and telescopic boom HT43 RTJ PRO are often requested for massive construction projects. Both pieces of equipment offer 4 wheel drive and steer and the front oscillating axle increases stability on uneven ground. In case of poor adherence, the differential lock provides additional traction. The Chinese operators appreciate the proportional movements and the Haulotte Activ’Shield Bar system, which ensures optimal safety.

This month, the Chinese subsidiary sent a HT43 RTJ PRO telescopic boom to Guangdong Province for an electric power system construction. The 3D jib and dual load capacity will be major features in this large-scale project.

Recently, a HA32 RTJ PRO was delivered to Sichuan Province to work on the Chengdu cultural project – this is the first big articulating boom introduced into the project. With a total construction area of about 760.000sqm and a cost of nearly 50 billion yuan, this site is expected to become one of the most popular commercial districts and tourist destinations in Chengdu, including a Water and Snow World, an outdoor theme park, luxury resorts, and a shopping mall.
